celebrated yifang's birthday at the alumni clubhse after training.
&before going there was jannies one. YUP, both of them are having the same birthday that day. so our beloved female power base- jannies tried
basket toss! damn funny i tell you, her expressions, the toss.. HAHAHA!
training was more on arms, and we did triceps dips+handstand pushups+usual crunches and pushups+ pullups+arm raise+doing the crawling thingy. MAN! i swear we had a hard day. but its all worth it, when we saw the trays of hot piping food at the celebration.
&the first thing we did was to rush straight to the buffet thingy and get our stomachs filled. and OHs, i love their fried sotong you tiao!
later was yifang perfomance, and cut cake session, talked abit and was home-sweet-home!
